? How high is the deposit?
There is no deposit and no credit check. With long-term rental you pay for the first 30 days on arrival, then in advance for each following 30 days – fair and transparent.
? Is there a minimum rental period?
More flexible than you might think: from 7 nights our weekly rate applies (–20% off the daily rate), from 28 nights the monthly rate (–40%). From 90 nights we switch to the long-term rental at a fixed price. There is a suitable rate for every period – just ask.
? Can I move in without a credit check (Schufa)?
Yes. We do not perform credit checks. A valid ID and payment for the stay are sufficient.
? Is cleaning included?
With the weekly and monthly packages, yes – room cleaning is free on request. With long-term rental from 90 nights it is not included; you can book it for €20 per service and decide yourself how often the room is cleaned.
? Are there cooking facilities?
Yes. We offer apartments with their own kitchenette. In addition, there is a fully equipped communal kitchen available for all long-stay guests to use.
? Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved dogs and cats are warmly welcome. Please mention this briefly when inquiring.
? Is parking available?
Free parking when booking directly, otherwise €3.50/day. Your car is safely parked right at the house (also suitable for vans).
? How far is it to the Audi plant?
The Audi plant in Ingolstadt can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or comfortably by bus. The connection is ideal for employees and suppliers.
? Can I book breakfast?
Of course – and the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets: €7.50 per person and day from 7 nights, €5.50 from 28 nights and €5.00 from 90 nights. The regular guest price is €9.50. You can book our rich breakfast buffet daily or flexibly on individual days; it runs daily from 6:00 to 10:00 am.
